lighthead and dizzy with head aches?

ive been getting headaches off and on for a few years now.

i tend to feel lightheaded and or dizzy when i get these.
sometimes the headaches are very subtle, like i can feel one coming on but it doesnt quite erupt.

even so, i can still feel the lighthead or dizzy feeling, almost a vertigo feeling at times.

i know that headaches can cause all sorts of trouble, but most people i talk to say they only experience pain and nausea with head aches.

maybe i feel the more rare headache symptoms?

i do have FMS so maybe thats part of it too.

any one else get these feelings with headaches?

I was diagnosed with with Mal de debarquement syndrome also two years ago!

I dont't know any one else who has this! My Neurologist diagnosed me with that. My primary doc never heard of it.

my symptoms Mdds included

Headaches

ear ringing

anxiety

balance problems

cognitive difficulties

and strange feelings under my feet when walking like im walking, like im sinking or walking on pillows

and also legs feel like the are going to buckle at times, espcially when i get off an elevator.

i get this also with or with out headache.

I actually read about vestibular headaches yesterday as my Neuorologist mentioned them to me in an email recentley.

headaches have so many varients.

I also never got headaches either prior to this, the funny thing is migraines run in my family but i never got them.
