5 years and counting i AM GOING TO LOSSESSE MY MIND!

started back in 9th grade i had a burning sensation a little bit above my temple..MRI with contrast came back normal..I have 3 impacted wisdom teeth and had the fourth one removed from the upper left jaw when I was younger..The upper left side of my head is what bothers me 24.7 No matter what I do i have a headache 24/7 It seems as though it will never go away it is not so much pain as it is annoyance and pressure..with a burning type of feeling from time to time..It feels as though something is inside my head..I effect everything I do..On top of all this I have high anxiety..I don't think this aids in this but The lightheaded feeling and the feeling of throbbing in my head that I cant after physical activist that it located just in this area. It is annoying and frustrated and i can really not deal with it any longer ..recently I got a CT scan without the contrast and everything came back normal.. I have been diagnosed with sinusitis and tinutitus , for the ringing in my ear.. I have a deviated septum as well. The chiropractor says my neck is messed up..But could not be causing it does anyone have any help or solution before I lose my mind to when I wake up and fall asleep with these headaches..they make me feel nautious and off balance at times never throwing up sweating always feeling hot and sometimes i feel as my left side if numb and my ears burn and get hot...help thanks.
