Could anyone please give me some advice I am living in fear of what I assume to be migraine. For years I have been able to control my migraines as the trigger was exercise particularly cardio. As a result my only form of exercise for years has been gentle walking to prevent any migraine attack. Four weeks ago I attended a yoga class for the first time as recommended by a physiotherapist due to my poor posture. The class was a disaster way too difficult for someone who has never done yoga before and we were very much left to our own devices. Four days later I got the first of six migraines within 3 weeks. Ridiculous as it sounds the trigger for these migraines was ironing, hoovering and drying my hair. I know this sounds crazy and understandably my doctor is not interested and insists its just my migraines back. This time I find the "aura" is different from before. Although it takes 3 days for me to recover from each migraine I can tell my vision is no longer how it was before. It doesn't appear as sharp and I have constant pain in my neck and shoulder. I am now concerned that I did some damage at the yoga class that is now triggering off these migraine attacks. I am so scared to move my neck for fear of starting another one off. Does this sound vaguely familiar to anybody or could anyone please give me some advice I don't know where to turn as my doctors attitude is its just migraine. I would appreciate anyone's help. Thank you.
