waking up with headache and pain in my neck and shoulders.

Every morning i wake up with headache right above my eyes and pain on my neck and shoulders, i often feel sick with hisnaswell. Most times its that strong i have to wear my glasses (im not perscribed to ear my glasses all the time just reading). I take painkillers that doesn't always help. My optician said i suffer from migrains as i get auras in my eyes aswell. Help

my worst migraines are those that wake me.
What pain meds are you using and do they help?
