Hi guys, i wanted to get your feedback on whether anything is actually wrong with me. I am 25, and for the past 6-7 years, i have been dealing with sleep related headaches. They are most definitely tension headaches, and usually arise in the morning. What is annoying me now, is that it seems to happen when i have lesser sleep or more sleep than "normal". Like sometimes, i will sleep 9 hours and wake up feeling very refreshed but have a late onset of a tension headache. When i sleep less, sometimes i may feel like getting a headache in the morning itself. I have seen doctors and run all the regular tests, and they say nothing is wrong at all. Am i being a hypochondriac? Another thing is, i also suffer from episodic OCD symptoms every few years which last a few weeks at least, and these cause a tremendous amount of stress. Thankfully, for now i am fine, but is it possible that there may be a relation between that and the headaches? I have not had any "episodes" for the past 2 years, but these headaches still occur quite frequently. Please advise! Thanks!!
