Alright, I'm a fourteen year old male. Usually every weekday I get these HORRIBLE migraines that last for hours usually. The headaches always start around 3-4 p.m. And I can almost always feel them coming. Once the pain was so bad I just threw myself on the ground where I was standing and laid there holding my head for around ten minutes until it got a little easier to bear. I have not spoken with a doctor about it, at first I thought I was just having an allergic reaction to my allergy medication, but upon stopping that they still occur. I cannot say precisely when they started, I just know they did sometime this school year. A friend of mine has suggested it might be lack of sleep, as I usually get 6-7 hours of sleep on weeknights and end up with migraines, but usually on the weekends I sleep late (11 or 12 hours) and rarely get them on weekends. I've tried doing research and found that I may have "Cluster headaches" although I don't know for sure as I can't say where the pain is, I have forgotten where exactly it is and will probably only while I'm having them that I can say. I'll try to update this the next time I have one with where I'm feeling the pain. Usually during one if I give myself something to concentrate on (Such as if I'm playing a video game) I can ignore a portion of the pain, but it's still there. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've attempted getting more sleep but it just isn't easy. I have multiple younger brothers I'm constantly babysitting and have just started high school and am usually busy thanks to my AP classes. So I don't know how possible it'd be to try sleeping more if anyone suggests that. Thank-you in advance
