Sometime ago, I attended a presentation on Industrial Hygiene and related diseases. The presentation was given by a M.D.
He said if one visits a doctor and has a list of seemingly unrelated symptoms, that after the third symptom the doctor quits listening. Not to say the doctor is not concerned, it's just that his/her approach will change on how to discover the truth, perhaps more testing and less listening to the complaints.
In that light, maybe if we address the chest pain to start (in this discussion) it'll be easier to approach. When I first read your symptoms, I was curious but skeptical. Lo and behold, I instantly find a correlation between migraine and chest pain.
Interesting.

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24074526m.neurology.org/content/45/12/2135I would continue to consult with your doctors, as I feel confident you will. The internet is a great place, but one can be needlessly worried or reassured by information found here. You have consulted with several doctors, none feeling that you have any thing to be concerned about
. Keep a diary of symptoms, date, time, duration, symptoms, etc. If you feel there is a sudden change in symptoms, don't be reluctant to visit the doctor or E.R. if you feel warranted.
Hope this material is of some help.
