Gabapentin for migraines.......withdrawal

I am new to this forum. I have been taking 600 mg of gabapentin 2 x daily I also take 75 mcg of Synthroid and 20 mg of lisinopril. I feel like an idiot half the time can't remember anything. I have tried to stop taking gabapentin but after 2nd day not taking just 1 300 mg capsule I am miserable sweat the cold tired and can't sleep at night. Hate the feeling. Any suggestions or comments

Also new to this form also taking gabapentin taking 400mg x3 daily add 1 per week until at 400mgx6 daily on medication guide avoid aluminum/magnesium/antacids within 2 hours. Also stopping abruptly may increase seizure risk I would talk with your doctor. Did these meds help you at all also you have any side effect when on 1200 mg per day. One thing I found to help me sleep better is fast dissolving Melatonin 5mg mint flavour take 2 of these before bed just put them on your tongue let them dissolve don't need water can find at any drug store mine are life brand 120 tabs about $10.00. Hope maybe will help you get even a little more rest let me know if you try these how it worked good luck wish you well.
