Just a silly question....
but has anyone ever thought about the fact that those of us with headaches have our pain receptors always being fired and what that can actually do to the body?
Let me explain this a bit.
We take meds for our head aches/pains so that they go away and we can live our lives. But some of these meds also diminish the body's entire pain receptors so that if hurt ourselves by accident we do not necessarily feel it.
For example, I was cooking supper one day and accidentally nicked my finger with a knife and didn't feel it until I saw blood on the counter. I was just lucky I did see it as it turned into a nasty nick and no I did not get blood in my food for supper! teehee But I also did not feel the knife puncturing my finger.
So any thoughts on this....
