Need advice if possible

Hi I am 47 and have posted on the anxiety forum before but I need some help. I have these episodes where I get pressure on the right side of my head above my ear. Pain sometimes above my right eyebrow and fluid that drains from my right ear. I also get tightness up the right side of the back of my neck with sometimes but not always a slight confused feeling in my head and instantly feeling like I could get sick to my stomach. The weird part is this only lasts 5 to 20 minutes and then passes. It can happen several times in one day or just once or twice a week. I have had all kinds of blood tests and all are fine. MRI of head and neck (showed two herniated disc c5 and c6, c6 and c7). CTA scan to check blood vessels and arteries and that was fine too. I am really puzzled and don't know who to go see. My neuro dr doesn't have any answers for me. Could these be migraines or does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me. I would deeply appreciate any help.
