Just wanted to say hi and I don't really have any advice for you, but I hope you get some answers soon!
You didn't mention anything about migraines or other headaches....do you have them?
As for the weight loss, do your best to eat several smaller meals and snacks throughout the day. The anxiety can definitely mess with your appetite, and you have to do things like eat even if you don't feel like it in order to stay healthy. And choose foods that are more nutrient dense, foods with lots of nutrients and things, like proteins. Don't think about how you don't feel like eating, just do it. And lots of water, stay well hydrated. Not eating enough or not drinking enough water will only make you feel worse and probably more out of it.
Also, make sure you are doing whatever you can to distract yourself from how you feel. You need to still be doing things that are enjoyable and try to keep life as "normal" as you can. Focusing on other things than your health will help keep the nervousness and fear at lower levels. Again, when you let the fear and anxiety get too intense, it will likely make you feel worse and add to the unpleasant feelings you already have going on.
Just curious, when you say you have the feeling of being drunk....what does that involve? Do you have trouble with motor functions, like walking or even things like writing/typing or feeding yourself? Or is it more like a perception thing? I know you use the word "dizzy", I guess I just don't really understand how you feel or what you are experiencing.
One last suggestion, maybe also try posting on the anxiety forum. People on there would be able to offer a lot of support and help for dealing with your fears and anxiety symptoms during all this!
Hope the MRI goes well on Thursday and that you find some answers soon. Now go grab yourself a big glass of water, a snack, and do something to help you relax or feel good, maybe a funny movie or a good book or calling a friend. Take Care.
