Hemiplegic migraine

I was recently diagnosed with hemiplegic migraine although I've had it for years and I was just wondering if anyone else has them too. I was hoping to compare medication and try to get a sense of what's working for others. I have attacks almost daily so am desperate for relief. I've tried amitriptyline with no relief and am currently trying Topamax.
