Treatment for Migraine?

I am struggling with migraine for a long time. I tried a lot of treatments but nothing worked out.
Usually I am sleeping for 5 hours due to workload. Recently while searching about different treatments, I came to know about acupuncture treatment in a site (http://www.dynamicphysiotherapy.ca/migraines.php). Is it really effective? Does anyone had this treatment before?

I used accupuncture for my head pain [see my dx below] for two years. Yes, it did work. Kept me at my job [62k] still cost 100.00 co-pay under my insurance and I never went off any of my medications. The treatments stopped the pain that always came in the afternoon.

The thing I found with accupuncture is, like chiropactors, it is a long term treatment, with no telling when or if you will find permanent relief. I had to stop the A treatment, when other illness caused me to retire.

I urge you to check certifications carefully and if you find the doctor gentle and caring, not hurried and impatient, then you most likely found a good one.

I have tried Acupuncture together with bio-identical hormones. (I am doing the Dzugan program) and it has gotten so much better. A friend of mine with Migraines did the Dzugan thing and got me on it while I was trying Acupuncture. It took about 6 months on the hormones and one session/ week and I feel so much better. I still have migraines every now and then. I get a short phase but it is not even comparable to how I felt before!! Totally recommend it! (I also have so much more energy since taking the program. It's a great side effect!!)
