Constant pressure

I've never posted on a forum before but I'm curious to see if anyone else out there has ever felt this way. about a month ago I started having constant headaches. At first they were dull but continue to get worse. I feel as though I have constant pressure on the left side of my head and face. I thought possibly a sinus infection but have no symptoms other then the pressure. I had a ct scan last week and it came back normal. My doctor seems to think I have a pinched nerve in my neck, although I have no neck pain. Advil doesn't touch the pain or pressure so I've just been living with it. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
