What's left after Botox?

I suffer from migraine w/ aura 15+ yrs. Tried everything, have 30 pages of meds I've tried. Been doing Botox for 1 year without much relief. Is there anything new? The only thing that completely stopped them was an MAOI and I gained 80 lbs on that med. Been to Chicago to see top migraine specialist and still no relief. When I get a migraine I get extra upset knowing I'm"losing" time. Suggestions?

There is a procedure done to get rid of migraines completely but there are certain requirements that you need to pass. DBM, I know someone else who's getting ready to have the same surgery. Her's is scheduled for (I think) the first week of August. I don't think it's performed many places, is it?
