Meditation, not the OM kind, but concentrating on your jaw muscles.
relax your mouth, so it is open slightly, you tongue just laying softly, relax the muscles in the back of your jaws.
Now move to the muscles in the back of your neck and shoulders, imagine the knots, untie them in your mind, breath slowing.
I grind my teeth alot, this is how I am training my self NOT to.
