3 day headache after drinking

Not much of a drinker but i drank 3 days ago, I had 10 beers and 2 shots of tequila. Woke up had the typical hangover and drank water and then went back to sleep. Was fine for a couple hours but then got a mild headache and its not awful but there im drinking plenty of water and excersizing but the fact it s still here gets me anxious. Could it be just stress. Feedback appreciated.

Its the 15th now i got wierd burning feelings all over after day 3 for about 4 days. Doctor told me it was in my head they slowly fading away but if i have a worry about getting a headache i get one now
