so a few nights ago i got up with a upset stomach.then it got worse and i started to vomit a lot now while i was heaving i felt a pain travel up my back up to my neck then i got one massive headache that felt like something was squeezing my head so tight my brain will pop.now that pain lasted about
4 hours i then took some Excedrin which e help a lot but now i'm left with a pain in my neck and a headache that comes and go..has anyone experience this ..... if so can u tell me what to do.... thanks
