Yes, seek help if you haven't already.
I have had a headache and feel a lot of pressure in my head, along with having neck pain for almost 7 years. I've been in school that whole time almost, and tried to ignore the pain as best I could.
Now though I'm making a genuine effort to get to the bottom of this pain. I've had an MRI which was normal. I've been to an ENT, and an eye doctor. I have 20/15 vision and nothing wrong with my eyes. I have big tonsils, but they're always like that and the ENT didn't think it was something to worry about. The headaches are not sinus headaches. Chiropractic helps for about an hour after I am adjusted, but then the headache returns. Hot showers also alleviate the pain for about 15-30 minutes. Exercising regularly seems to help overall. So far medications have not helped, and I've taken the following: advil, tylenol, naproxen, topamax, amitriptyline, and verapamil. None of these helped.
I'm seeing a neurologist who might have some further insight.
Please let me know if you've found anything that helps.
Hang in there!
