i'hv migraine since 1 yr plsss help to come out of this problem..... left shoulder, neck, chest, back pain .......

Have you seen a doctor?

Home care is dark rooms, laying down.

Some people use ice packs, where other find relief in warm compress's.

Diet is important. In the Resource thread at the top of the forum you will find a link to Migraine Diet, this may help in reducing the fequency and pain level.

I know what this person is going through, i been suffering from migraines for 12 years now, I been suffering from them since the age of 6 years old.. I been to a neurologist, been on every medication and when i get a migraine, i have to be hospitalized every time i get one.... The doctors told me they haven't seen a person\girl suffer from migraines like me.. I get nauseated, throwing up, fever, sensitivity to light, sound and noise, passing out, and there is alot more symptoms, i use a icepack when i get a migraine, and there is no relief for anything i do, i cant look at any type of light because it can trigger a migraine for me, i am needing brain surgery in January because i have weak blood vessels, and i am needing open heart surgery on November 18th,2016..
