Servere bad head whooshing noise etc

Hi was wondering if anyone knows what might be the problem ?

I get a servere pressure headache which I get strong whooshing noise which dulls out all ambient noise and a slight ringing noise in ear. My ears start to hurt. I also get unbalanced and my vision in one eye goes blurry and dull . My neck hurts too and I get natucious and sick.

These always prelude or follow or at time with servere lower back pain.

Any advice would be appreciated.
