Depression and anxiety can be a tricky package to treat when you are on the topamax. I'm on 400mg topamax, just moved up from 200mg. I take 400mg Effexor XR, 300mg Wellbutrin, and 4mg Klonopin, which handles the stress and anxiety pretty well. As for abortives, I've pretty much gone through everything there is over the last thirty-eight years I've had migraines, and by far for me, Stadol Nasal Spray is the fastest, easiest, and most successful medication of anything I have ever tried.
Like I said before, I've tried everything, and these work best for me.
