Calcium supplements causing migraines?

Hello.

Does anyone get migraines because of calcium supplements? Even taking low doses of calcium seems to cause migraine to me.

I feel frustrated, because I need to take the supplements.

Does this happen to anyone else?

xy123, I went to Drugs.com & a headache is listed as a potential side effect, however, it did not say migraine. Have you tried switching around different types to see if this happens? May be something to consider. I hope you can find something that will work.
