I want to remind everyone the stress from the holidays can increase migraine frequency.
Not only the stress, but scented candles, oils etc... perfumes from guests and family members.
Remember to take your rescue med with you. Put some in your purse NOW!
I went to Home Depot and purchased hand warmers, small orange packs, I use them to hold on my temples and it helps. IF cold helps you, put a small ice chest in you car with a wash cloth if you are not comfortable with the hosts of where you are going.
Thing is to be prepared, so you can enjoy the holiday as much as possible.!
