Hello, I'm new in here and would like to listen to some people more experienced on the subject.
Here's my case:
I've suffered from headaches for a couple of months already. about
90% of the time this pain is on the top of my head which usually is very mild (when I start doing something else I completely forget about
it)... the other 10% of the time is a sensation of pressure I feel in the temples (this one hurts)
Most days I wake up with a headache but after I start my day I feel painless until before bedtime (or when in the middle of the day I suddenly think "hey I have no headache")
Being hypochondriac I should be freaking out...however what makes me think this isn't that serious is that the headaches completely disappeared for about
3 weeks (they returned about
3 weeks ago) and could probably say they're less of an issue now than before. Headaches can't randomly disappear if I had a very serious condition am I right?
Here are some of my theories:
The need of new glasses (I can see fine but haven't changed glasses measurement for 3 years so who knows)
Too much time spent in front of the computer
Not enough rest while sleeping
Excessive negativity
and of course the extremely unpopular brain tumor
I should also mention that for about
18 months I've been under some serious stress/anxiety and some depression... I don't eat as much as I should either.
PS: When I wake up early in the morning I have nausea, however this doesn't happen when I get up late and take some time before jumping off the bed. My eyes hurt a bit when a room has too much too.
I hope to get as much responses as possible, your theories what could it have, you know the drill
Thank you very much
