Constant Pressure, Dizziness in my HEAD THROUGHOUT the Day...

For the past few months now, I have a constant feeling of head pressure and dizziness nearly all day. Sometime taking a warm bath or shower will alleviate the discomfort, but it quickly comes back again. It makes it difficult to fall asleep and do other activities I normally enjoy doing.

I have went to my doctor, and had an EKG and blood work done, all the results came back OK. I am going to see an internal medicine specialist later this week for some follow up work.

Standing up seems to make the dizziness worse, and I have a fear of fainting because I feel uncoordinated...any feedback from anyone is GREATLY appreciated...

ever tried cold showers too, start cold and end hot with the cold pounding on your head and neck. Also stop drinking soft drinks or diet drinks, and take more calcium and magnesium. And also exercise if you can , like riding a recumbant bike at the gym.

Also start more vitamin c, bananas, organges, lemons, and also cayenne pepper with lemon in water

how did your appt go? my dad has similiar symptoms. He's had it for about 6 months now, pressure in the head, extreme dizziness in bouts, almost daily. He says that he feels like there's water in his head or like something is loose in there. The pressure sometimes feels like heat. He's seen just about every type of doctor and they all say the same thing. some think he has anxiety but we feel its much more than that. He's had an MRI and CT done and all results were normal. All bloodwork is normal.
