How to differentiate between a migraine and a headache??

As the subject title states I wanted to know how to differentiate between a migraine and a headache...I very often suffers from headache

and it is really very unbearable!!!I have to take medication in order to calm it...

Welcome to Healing Well. In order to help you further, I really need to know a bit more about the headaches you do suffer from?

But meanwhile, if it helps Migraine is usually a one sided strong throbbing pain, but everyone's experience is a little different!
