Alternative medicine is definitely a good thing to check out. But in most cases I've seen it tends to help your body/mind cope with the problem rather than cure it (similar to the benefits of keeping a regular exercise regime). But there's also the possibility that it will provide either even greater help or, more commonly, no help at all. But as Andrew said, when you can't find an effective traditional medical treatment then it's certainly wise to try other routes.
As for worrying that you have a brain tumor, your neurological and physiological symptoms aren't extremely rare in migraine cases and it's very uncommon for a brain tumor to not show up with advanced imaging procedures. Also, with most tumors you'd see a noticeable steady decline of your health.
From a search of your posts it looks like you've been having head pain and secondary symptoms for about 8 months now, correct? It is tough dealing with chronic pain for that long, but I think you'll find that when you look at those of us that have been experienced headache related problems for longer, while for many of us the source of our problems is never identified, finding a solution to cure or treat the problems very often takes more time than you've had your headaches. This is not to say that it's not very difficult and frustrating and scary to have these problems for any amount of time, but please don't give up hope just yet. I've had headaches for about five years and I'm just now starting to improve following the trial of many scores of different medications.
I know it's hard to deal with what's going on right now, but don't forget that the future will very likely bring aid.
