I have an extremely stressful and sad situation I am dealing with right now. I am so happy to have this yoga as my escape. It has helped so much with my stress level. I know that no matter how bad things are right now, I am going to get my mind off of it for an hour, three times a week.
I know I could probably to that on my own with some quiet time or prayer but I am just not that disciplined. It is so wonderful to go to that class and just listen to the teacher and work on breathing, stretching and quieting my busy busy mind.
