I hear ya. Although i think it is in human study. He is on it and if you read the section "Pre-clinic trials" it gives account of several humans that did test it. They are calling it "compassionate waiver program" though. Never heard of that either. Hum....... Pretty interesting accounts though, you know? Oh well, just hope and pray that one day, maybe in our lifetime.........

Usually "compassionate waiver program" means something like: "This was very much untested and is highly risky, could cause serious damage and even death, but we're using these folks as "guinea pigs" because what ails them also is very serious and to this point untreatable, and maybe this will work, maybe not."
I meant human study where they've really gotten clear about what it does or doesn't do, animal tests have been done long enough and sufficiently carefully enough to think that it won't be all that risky and may be beneficial, and some proof that it does what they think it does...not just speculation.
