I currently in limbo here, with a flurry of ms-like symptoms that started with ON in July.  I am much better now, but still have creepy-crawlies in my spine and extreme fatigue.  Anyway, I am thinking about looking for supplemental health insurance since I do not have a dx.  For all those in limbo, have you ever been successful with this?  Where did you look?  Would my ON raise red flags and make me ineligible?  Thanks in advance for any input!

Yes, i've had probs getting insurance since all this began. I foolishly let my prev ins go and have since had a nightmarish time trying to get it replaced. The prob is that the multitude of tests and suggestions of ms in my records are preventing them from wanting to insure me....doh. The ideal situation would be to get a nice insurance plan prior to dx, but u well may find some resistence. Best wishes friend. At the very least u may be able to look into some high risk ins.

I am currently on a cobra plan. I am also in limbo. But I saw an add the other day for health insurance. It claims it can insure the uninsurable (pre-existing ok). I havent check iy out yet but heres the link. good luck!
