For me, L'Hermmites was just a slight sensation of electricity running from my upper back to my lower back when I put my chin on my chest. I had it once for about
six months. It was weird, but not painful. I actually used to play with it. Chin down.....zap......weird. It eventually went away.
I can get it back on occassion if I have some inflammation. I can get it when I am fighting a cold or allergies or if I am very stressed as stress always causes more symptoms for me.
I have never had that wierd "fingers through the brain" sensation. That sounds really strange.
I know one guy that has permanent L'Hermittes. He has had MS for a long time and is very disabled. He cannot walk even a step and is full time in a wheelchair. For him, L'Hermmites is very painful. He gets so mad as he gets quite a jolting shock from it.
