ms and stem cell therapy

i am looking into a treatment consisting of spinal injection of umbilical cord cells and IV infusion of adipose, my own fat cells. UCSD IS PERFORMING CLINICAL TRIALS but can not get in at this time. the dr. at ucsd is using same protocal as dr. in costa rica, that is who he learned from. anyone know about this or have used any stem cell therapy for their ms?

I think I posted something about a study out of Northwestern University about stem cell research and MS. It would have been at least a year ago. If you Google key words"multiple sclerosis stem cell research northwestern univeristy" it should provide a link to the actual research report itself! Good Luck.
