Hi there and good morning... I have tried some meds too, and I am one of those who did not benefit from them..
The only thing that works for me is getting out and going for a walk, that's if you are able to do so...
I at time have to really drag by butt into gear to do so, and for the first few minutes all I want to do is turn back and go home, but then I begin to feel better, and by the end of the walk I find that I have more energy then when I left...
But I have read lots that indicate that exersise was good for helping with fatigue....
