scared

I know this is probably stupid but ever since one of my eyes got blurry all I do is look at optical neuritis symptoms and I get scared of it progressing into multiple sclerosis. Does an ON attack always have to lead to MS?

I know but I dont have lyme disease. The only infections I get are seasonal sinus infections . . .
