Heart beats funny....difficult to breathe

I was dx with MS 2007.  I take Copaxone.  Does any one have this....my heart skips beats, or the heart flutters, or it pounds, etc etc....not all the time, but some of the time.  Also I have troubles catching my breath sometimes.

I have gone to the doctor, but of course, when I go, everthing is OK....never been able to catch it yet at a doctor's appointment...

Does anyone get this...

Hi there, and good morning, well, funny you should mention the stress tests....I am booked in for two of them actually, one on January 6th and one for January 9th.....this kind of makes me know that we are on the right track...

HI there, yes I completed the stress tests and just waiting for the results....it really is a hot and miss thing, there are times the heart works just fine, and then I can go for a few days wher it just does not beat worth a darn - skipping beats, and it feels like I have race horses in my chest.

But as far as the breathing, I am wondering if it really is heart related...and here is why I wonder...i have not been breathless for a few days.

Also in the last few days the spasticity in my right shoulder has let up quite abit....

But last nite, it was really causing problem, and huring quite abit....and --I had problems breathing again..

What are the chances of the spasticity in my shoulder (chest muscles too are affected) has something to do with me being short of breath sometimes....or am I just dreaming all of this - ha!!!

A cardiologists experience is not always scary...I would suggest getting an echocardiogram done
should the stress tests not be definitive, a echocardiogram shows more and it's just a little
pressure on your chests and a ekg is usually done with it, ekg will show the beats of your heart
both tests are very little discomfort....make sure to wear a comfortable and easy to remove
shirt for both tests as that's all you'll have to take off....and try not to worry, til you know for
sure there is a problem, worrying about it can cause more problems or make you think it's
worse than it should be....My daughter has a heart condition and she goes thru a echo and ekg every year
so you can get thru this okay too...and not all heart conditions require surgery, so that's a big plus....

I had these symptoms and they went away after finding out I had both Juglar veins were collapsed. I had a vein surgeon open them no more palps, or loss of breath. Fatigue is also better as well as vision and balance. I still have brain fog issues and trouble speaking when I get tired though.

Anyone with MS should look into this. It's called CCSVI. I had the angioplasty done last week and it's the best thing I ever did for myself. Completely covered by insurance and it was very easy procedure.
