This is my first time doing this and I feel awkward. I don't know if this is the right place but anyone know anything about periventricular small vessel white matter disease? I have just been diagnosed with it. Please be patient with me I also suffer with mild cognitive impairment .

Yes it is one of the things that accompanies the diagnosis. As the disease progress es it is also known to cause vascular dementia. Docs downplay say I just have to get my BP under control but when white matter lesions are already present I've never heard of them not growing or spreading
