MS? CAN IT BE, I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR 10 YEARS, NO ANSWERS BUT FIBROMYALGIA

i am going crazy, i need someone to talk to, found this forum-i have been sick for years, the first thing i can remember was my feet hurting, by the end of the day i could not walk, my feet were burning, itching and throbbing. Following that were bouts of depression, extreme fatigue, anxiety, pain radiating all over my body, down to the bone pain, severe back pain revealed 4 bulging disk, bouts of sciatica and pinched nerve-migraines, allergies that come and go, female problems, restless leg ? fast forward all of the above but for the last year these things have happened. sharp stabbing pains in head, crawling sensation in scalp, tremors, some you can see some you cant. severe neck pain, shooting to shoulder and down arm, hands go numb, leg goes numb, severe leg pain, knee pain to the point i cant walk, feet burning itching and throbbing, stiff and sore, legs are so stiff i have to shuffle to walk, insomnia (even with sleep meds) ibs, gall stones, (surgery), flu like feeling even feel like fever and chills, no fever ? i feel like i have stuck my head in an oven ALOT, night sweats, SICK OF IT, lips go numb, i bite my tongue or the inside of my mouth all the time. jaw pain, frontal neck pain. speech problems, i cant finish a sentence it is like i loose my voice, not out of breath, it just goes away, tongue tied sometimes, severe short term memory loss, cant find the word i am looking for, burst out crying on two occasions, dont even know why, once i was at a restaurant. i have had every test you can imagine and then some. time for another mri, had one on my neck the first of the year nothing. last year had positive ana, high inflammation markers, and high liver enzymes, my body feels tight, my muscle contract, esp. legs, chills then sweat or at the same time. vision distortion, blurry and color distortion - rheumy at university at birmingham told me i had fibromyalgia and carpel tunnel in right, my gp mentioned MS TODAY, i knew nothing about it, came home and read about it, omg, this sounds like it, even if i do have it i will be ok, i just want to know what is wrong with me. the pain is so intense right now i just cry, get no relief, taking neurotin, helped at first, now it doesnt, take 1600 mg a day to no avail, tell me what you think, i just want to get a diagnosis and get some treatment, thx, kel

thank you so much just for a response, neurologist thinks its ms, i dont care what i have i just want to get some answers so i can try and get better, i have been in so much pain last 2 days i could die. do you know what the test for lyme is called, i will try and find on the internet, i have a list of all the test i have taken and the results, i am so sick of being sick, i am having tests next week, mri of brain and spine and nerve conduction study and possibly spinal tap, do you know if any of these test help detect lyme, i have rescued dogs and all kinds of other animals for 20 years but i dont ever remember a tick bite that gave me a rash, i have also been a horse owner and use to do wildlife rehab so there is no telling but i cant rememmber anything but then again my brain is gone, i dont know if i am coming and going, thanks again give me a shout back if you can,
