Hello all! Thank you for taking a moment to read my post. I decided to register for this group as a way to find specific answers and not spend my free time caught up in “google” searches.
I have been a bit concerned about some symptoms for the past 6 or 7 months, and after speaking with a neurologist have finally made an appointment to be assessed.
What I can say is that I feel almost 90% better when following a solid vegan diet with vigorous exercise and meditation. Almost immediately upon consuming something like pizza or a processed food, I am miserable.
Questions are:
1) If I simply eat well and exercise, do I even need to see a doctor?
2) The symptoms are transient, I prefer to eat well and not visit physicians with symptoms – does anyone think I should eat poorly so the physician is more likely to notice symptoms?
3) Will the physician need to know all symptoms through time, or just current issues?
I know that sounded rather silly, but I hate going to doctors – and really do not want to be looked at like I am simply experiencing some form of “anxiety”.
Have a wonderful day and thanks again for reading!
