Have Lyme Disease & MS?

I have been getting abx treatment now for 4 months for LD. But I have frequent stiffness in my back & legs that is increasing. Along with the extreme fatigue, malaise, and other sx occasionally and I am wondering if I also have MS. I have brain lesions seen on MRI--does this sounds like MS?

I will keep on the LD treatment but just wondering if this illness is something more also.
