New to the web site, but a long time M.S. patient, close to 30 years, was diagnosed when there were no good treatments available, question is, I have been taking tecfedera for the last 4 years and have now developed Rheumatoid arthritis, our town of 170,000 people has no Dr's who specialize in this area, My Primary physican, and neurologist are having a hard time trying to figure out what medication they can prescribe with the tecdera, any one else have this problem, Naturally I am now wheel chair bound and really do not want to travel long distances to see a RA, doc
