Hi
My son had one event and they think he has MS. I did a lot of research on what supplements to take. The advice for immune boosters is right, except Vit A and C are ok to take. When the doctors indicate to avoid immune boosters, they mean stuff like echinacea and not regular vitamins that can be found in our foods. Actually, it's really important to take a multi-vitamin to help your body be its strongest. The other things we're doing are taking 3g of Minami Fish Oil as the fish oil helps the mylein sheath around the nerve fibre. The mylein sheath is a fatty tissue and its repair cycle is broken in MS. As well, Vitamin D is critical, we take 2000 IU a day on top of drinking milk and eating yogurt. Most docs are now recommending 1000 IU a day for a normal person.
I'm really tired to write more, but you can drop me a line, best of luck
