does anyone else emit heat? I swear I radiate at times, usually from my lower to mid back. It's too isolated to be hot flashes and I'm pretty much past all that.

Hey Madlou
Hummmm...i don't think i've ever had this. I'm sure i'm having some sort of heat increase, but not radiating. I"m sure others will be along soon to give u'r their input and i'm looking forward to hearing what they have to say. I hope this eases up for u soon! Goodness, seems like an awful situation especially with summer approaching! Take good care...and good to see u!

Madlou,
I know rheumatoid arthritis emits heat when it is in its active phase. This usually happens on the hands, feet, knees ect. I have no clue as to emitting heat on your back though.
Sorry that I am no help!

The heat can be felt by others. It comes primarily from the area over my kidneys. I've had people check to see if they could feel it just so I knew it wasn't all in my head! It wasn't! There is no pain associated with it. I thought it was the "flu-like" symptom that's associated with Rebif. But it comes at other times as well.
