Odd symptoms???

Just wondering if anyone else experiences heart "fluttering" (or maybe palpitations??) when they lie down? Or strange "fluttering/flapping" noises in the ear/ears? Have been annoyed by both these things for months and not sure if it neurological or me just being odd again. My other long list of symptoms remain unchanged. STILL waiting for neuro appointment.

I had that sx the doc told me to get some wax remover and guess what it worked.....Hope this helps
