I am not an expert on MRI's, but having read folks results a lot, here is my general non-medical impression:
There are 6 areas of concern (foci) that appear. They aren't in an area that is specific to any particular disease (including MS), but they are there. WHY they are there might become clear when the doctor sees the report, compares what he sees there with what he has seen in you, his patient -- the results of other testing, other symptoms you've reported, your overall medical history. Lots of things can cause foci -- everything from nothing at all, they're just there, to migraines, multiple sclerosis, vascular problems, and on and on. Again, depending on what other test results there are, you're doctor will need to sort that out and talk with you when you see him.
But for now, there's not a big concern, I don't think.
