I started Sunday 1/13. 500mg daily. I am to take it twice a day and I am working towards that. So far I feel less numb, walk better and have greater strength in legs.

Is there a certain time period that adverse reactions would happen?

Wow...fast results! I hope all goes well and u'r able to continue to have this same rate of success! Take good care and let us know how this works for u long term. I'm not sure of the answer to u'r question, but i will do some research to see if i can get u some info. Take care!!
