about
6 months or more ago, Id wake up with the side id slept on feeling sore. The skin on the side id sleep on would feel this. Once i was up and about
it would graciously leave within about
10 minutes.
Id always heard about tight clothing bothering some. When id mention 'my skin hurts' id get some odd looks .
A night or two I chose to sleep with some loose fitted booties that had massage oil in them to hydrate the feet. I woke to feeling as if i had gout and were peeling the booties off. The pain left shortly after the removal of the sockthings.
about 10 minutes later I was woken by the shorts I was wearing feeling painful, like way tighter than they appear to be visably. Again i peeled those off and the pain left.
Once i awoke the last time to get out of bed the left side of my body (skin on arms, legs) of the side id slept on was "sore" that left in a few minutes.
Like i said, id heard of tight clothing being a bother, but during daytime hours Id never had that problem other than the bra/band area. Now it appears that looser clothing is a definite for sleep time for me without hydrated feet lol!..odd how the skin feels sore. The skin is just something Id taken for granted and never realized it could feel anything that was specific to itself.
Anyone else ever wake up with removing clothing that feels to tight or even quackier, anyone's skin ever hurt? or feel sore?
My memory lacks erribly and am not sure if i updated this, but complements 3 and 4 came back normal so whatever the Rheumy was looking for resulted in totally normal values. Praise God. Now if i can get this sleep thing under control, ill really be glad to have back some of that funcion if its at all possible!
thanks
