He presented 4 years ago Feb 8. @ 27 years old.He had a few episodes where the room was tilted to the right when he was at work,This happened twice . I took him to the family doctor,he inturn sent him for a MRI.We got a call 2 hours later saying he had a brain tumor..We ems him to U of M..hospital.They said they would not agree,It could be MS. One year later it took for another lesion to appear..(every 3 months he had MRIs)Then they dx him 3 years ago.Started him on Rebif...a few more lesions 2 years ago....Last year he was hit hard with a giant lesion in the brain stem,1/4 inch away from the area in the stem that could have paralized him. He has just regained the feeling back in his hands 6 weeks ago.He is left with Nystagmus,,Hes being treated with Klonopin now..helps alot..They also switched him to Copaxone..He did the cobo for 6 month.Rebif copaxone.together.Logistical injection nightmare.He's getting fitted for contacts that may help slow the eye jitters,,,I pray. I have read your blogs...and you had the vertigo thing also..correct? He had it bad after the relaspe..the whole room was rolling downward..the only thing that got us though was the valuim..took many drugs to find one that worked...Thanks for asking uppity!
