Hey Jason,
I don't know how much help i will be since i only had one infusion on March 24th. I really didn't have any side effects except a slight headache and a little chills, but nothingthat advil couldn't take away. I do have some spasticity in my legs that is worse than usual but this is an MS thing. I read that tysabri was just approved for crohns, i wish you luck with everything. I was approved very quickly with my insurance. Quicker than i expected. First infuion takes longer because of all the paper work (i was there 3 hours), but they tell me next time it will be 2 hour, 1 hour for infusion and 1 hour observation. I went with someone, but i probably could have gone alone b/c i didn't have any problems, but everyone is different. I would definately take someone w/ you just to make sure your ok to drive home. Better safe, you know. There are several of us here that are on tysabri, i'm sure they will be along to share their experiences too. Good Luck
Lynn
