Back to the doctor?

Hi everyone,

I'm 21 years old and for the past couple of years I have been suffering from some very unusual symptoms. These things sort of came and went and while I saw a few doctors about it I never really thought much of it. I've always had some sort of pain or complaint and often feel very tired and weak, but doctors just kept giving me the trusty "it's a virus" diagnosis.

Anyway, last easter morning I woke to find my feet were tingling and my legs felt very weak. I also noticed I had developed tinnitus as well as some visual problems (everything seemed blurry and hard to focus on). Over the next few weeks the symptoms slowly started to fade but they never really went away completely and I have been chronically fatigued, and find that some days I am unable to do some of the most simple tasks like washing up or hanging washing on the line because I get to tired, sore and my muscles feel too weak. Symptoms seem to come and go, and it seems that I'll be okay for a few weeks or months and then I get a really bad week in which I feel completely useless.
Since last March I have been to multiple general practitioners (it's hard to find one who will actually listen to my concerns), to a neurologist and to a sleep physician. The neurologist gave me an MRI because he suspected MS (which came back normal) and a brief neurological examination in which the only obvious abnormality was brisk reflexes in my legs. He then sent me on to see a sleep physician about my fatigue and sleep paralysis but my sleep studies were also completely normal.

In the last few months I have been trying to keep track of all of the different symptoms and signs I have and I am thinking of starting a diary so I can give it to my GP... some of the things I have experienced are:
fatigue, myalgia, join pain, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, pins and needles, sensitivity to heat and humidity, numbness in my limbs, muscle twitches, a muscle spasm (just the one in my neck which forced my inferiorly and laterally and held it there for about 10 seconds), GIT disturbances, muscle weakness, the feeling that my whole body is really heavy, frequent urination, (I feel like I need to urinate sometimes when I don't need to at all) and some difficulties with speech and memory. I also have had one pupil bigger than the other for a couple of years now and have unexplained moderate systolic hypertension for which I am on no treatments (I am on the lower end of normal for BMI, don't smoke, don't drink too much).

So far every bloody test I have been given has come back "normal" and it is really getting to me. I have even been told by one doctor that maybe because I am a first year medical student that maybe I am a hypercondriac. This is really getting to me, I tired to let it go but I have had too many "bad weeks" and I am always tired and sore.

Should I go back to the doctor and maybe ask for another referral? Another MRI? What should I do? This whole things is making everything very hard for me right now :(
